Bridge

From the bottom surface of the bridge (pons) has the form of cross-striation of the shaft. His lateral moves in the middle leg of the cerebellum. The bridge and middle legs of the cerebellum are limited to outboard outputs trigeminal (V pair). Through the back of the bridge involved in the formation of the upper triangle rhomboid fossa. The top and bottom triangles are separated by auditory fibers that constitute the brain stripes.

Layer of transverse fibers forming a trapezoid body (corpus trapezoideum) and non-auditory conductor, a layer of longitudinal fibers, which are conscious motor conductors and dissecting the transverse beams that form the cerebellopontine pathways are well discernible in cross section of the bridge, passing through the middle leg of the cerebellum. Trapezoid body passes over the medial layer and the core loops of cranial nerves. By cerebellopontine pathways from the cortex of the cerebral hemispheres across the bridge by controlling influence on the cerebellum.
