Lymph nodes of the abdomen

Lymph nodes of the abdomen are also divided into parietal and splanchnic.

Parietal sites are concentrated in the lumbar region. Among them are left lumbar lymph nodes (nodi lymphatici lumbales sinistri), which include the lateral aortic, and predaortalnye postaortalnye nodes, intermediate lumbar nodes located between the portal vein and inferior vena cava and right lumbar nodes (nodi lymphatici lumbales dextri), including in a lateral caval, and predkavalnye postkavalnye lymph nodes. The classification is made depending on the position of nodes with respect to the aorta and inferior vena cava.

Splanchnic nodes are arranged in several rows. Part of them is in the way of the lymph organs in the course of large vessels vnutrinnostnyh and their branches, the rest going to the gate of parenchymal organs and around hollow organs. Lymph from the stomach enters the left gastric nodes (nodi lymphatici gastrici sinistri), located in the small curvature of the stomach, left and right gastroepiploic nodes (nodi lymphatici gastroomentales sinistri et dextri), occurring in the greater curvature of stomach, liver nodes (nodi lymphatici hepatici), following along the hepatic vessels, pancreatic and splenic nodes are at the gates of the spleen, pyloric nodes are bound along the gastroduodenal artery-intestinal and cardiac units, forming a ring of lymphatic cardia. From the duodenum and pancreas, lymph nodes flowing into pancreatoduodenal going on a course of similar vessels, as part of the lymph from the pancreas is sent to the pancreas, spleen lymph nodes (nodi lymphatici pancreaticolienales). Lymph from the jejunum and ileum enters the superior mesenteric nodes (nodi lymphatici mesenterici superiores). Efferent vessels of the upper mesenteric lymph nodes are the lumbar and celiac nodes (nodi lymphatici coeliaci). Lymph from the colon up to the descending colon, goes to the ilio-colon-intestinal sites (nodi lymphatici ileocolici), left, middle and right colon-intestinal sites and to the left and right gastroepiploic nodes. Of these nodes efferent lymph vessels supplying the superior mesenteric and lumbar nodes. Lymph from the descending colon and sigmoid colon and left colonic take-intestinal sites, and efferent vessels carry it on to the inferior mesenteric and lumbar nodes. From the liver lymph collected mainly in the liver, splanchnic, pyloric and right gastric nodes. Then she goes to the upper and lower diaphragmatic nodes (nodi lymphatici phrenici inferiores et superiores), and then - in mediastinal nodes (nodi lymphatici mediastinales). Lymph from the kidney sent to the renal units from which efferent vessels carry her lumbar nodes.
